A while back I did a series of robot sketches as an exercise to rough out 100 robot thumbnails.

I recently got an email from someone who happened to stumble upon the robots on my flickr page and wanted to use the robots as part of a pattern for their custom shoe design at Converse.

Pretty cool! It reminds me to do a pair of my own someday of either the Converse route or the Nike custom shoe designer.
